Timpview High School (Provo, Utah) has been one of our biggest supporters for many years. We love watching their programs look good and play better.
April 2020 Tia Stokes, wife of Thunderbirds head football coach Andy Stokes, was unexpectedly diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia. While fighting cancer Tia has continued to be a source of light in the community. She has kept her “HYPE – GURL” personality and is constantly choosing to be happy. Tia is a professional dancer and currently owns two studios in Utah County. She loves dancing and has gone viral on Tik-Tok. Tia is an inspiration to so many in our community as she continues her courageous battle every day.
At PROLOOK we have been touched, individually and collectively, by Tia and the Stokes family’s show of strength, energy and positivity during their turbulent time. Coach Stokes is an incredible coach who inspires greatness in all of his athletes.
We wanted to show our appreciation for Coach Stokes for his support in wearing PROLOOK both on and off the field.
PROLOOK reached out to Timpview High Principal, Fidel Montero, to create special game night surprise for Timpview Football and The Stokes family. We donated 90 brand new uniforms, a new team flag, and many face masks designed to honor Tia. Each item was designed with “#TIASTRIBE”. Timpview’s amazing booster club helped arrange the surprise and got the team ready to honor the Stokes family at their home football game on September 18, 2020. Watching Coach Stokes and his wife Tia in shock and full of emotion was something we will cherish and never forget. Timpview football also had a big night defeating Cyprus 58-6! After the game all the uniforms were collected and auctioned off with all of proceeds being donated to the Stokes family.
