FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
GENERAL
What is the One Price Promise©?
The One Price Promise© is our promise that you can order a Game uniform and no matter what you require, be it three tone tackle-twill, multiple logos, etc. it will be the same price. You can choose any size, colors, materials and it won’t change the price at all.
What is the difference between a Game, Deluxe and Basic uniform?
The Game uniform is our top of the line uniform that has no restrictions and carries the One Price Promise©? If you aren’t interested in having a lot of applications, logos, etc. then you might be interested in the Deluxe or Basic line. Please refer to the Game, Deluxe, Basic guidelines.
Do we screen print?
Not on our uniforms. We only carry the best materials, including all sewn on numbers and letters (tackle-twill). When Pro Look Sports entered the market over 10 years ago, you could only get a Tackle-Twill uniform for outrageous prices. Silk-screen was the norm and you still paid a lot for it. We introduced Soft Tackle-Twill in a completely custom uniform for a price that was less than most silk screen offerings.
We feel screen printing belongs on t-shirts and we do offer that as well as hats, bags and other extras to complete your order.
Can I request a catalog by mail?
You sure can. Please go here to fill out a quick request and we will send one right to you.
Do you have a warranty on your uniforms?
The workmanship of a Pro Look Sports product is top quality. Our materials are tested thoroughly in game-rigorous conditions. We have a 5 step Quality Control system that ensures your products will be PERFECT as ordered. We are so confident in our product that we will back it with a full 4 Year Warranty

What colors are offered?
We have an extensive choice of colors. You can find your choices by going here and downloading a pdf version of our color chart or check out any one of our sports uniform guides. Each guide shows our color chart underneath the uniform description.
Can I design my own uniform?
Absolutely! While we have uniform suggestions in our catalogs and online, you are by no means restricted anything short of your imagination. We are an all custom uniform company. We can take your design and make it into a uniform. You may be used to having something custom made costing you more. But, that is all part of our One Price Promise©. Whether you take a design we came up with or come to the table with one of your own, it will be the same price.
What is your turn around time?
Turn around times fluctuate with the time of year. While we feel we have the best custom uniform turn around times in the industry (even rivaling most stock turn around times), we won't know what times are like until you decide to order. Please contact your Rep for current forecasts.

Do you have youth sizing available?
Yes we do, as well as 3XL, 4XL, 5XL, etc. When you choose Sports Uniforms on our Main Menu, after you choose a sport, you will need to choose Men, Women or Youth. When you choose Youth, the youth sizing chart will appear below the uniform description.
